How Do I Get the Most Out of My Bar of Soap?

We recommend you keep your soap bar in a dry, ventilated area and allow the water to fully drain after each use. You can visit our Accessories page for soap dishes available for purchase.
Why Can't I Return My Item?

Due to the person nature of items sold, we cannot accept returns. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right!
Why Are Some Soaps Listed as Not Suitable for My Face?

Soaps that contain additives that are exfoliants (like oatmeal or coffee grounds) are slightly rough in texture, which provides a nice scrubbing factor to remove dead skin, but is not suitable for the gentleness of your skin on your face.
Do You Make Custom Orders?

With enough advance notice, sure we can! Our handcrafted soap typically takes about 4 to 6 weeks to cure, so planning in advance is required. That being said, please inquire for any custom orders for gifts, favors or for yourself! An order of a minimum number of bars may be required and a deposit.
